The country recorded the opening of 135,495 new job openings during the month of November. The data are from the Caged (General Register of Employed and Unemployed), released this Wednesday, 28, by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
During the last month, 1,747,894 new admissions were computed, against 1,612,399 dismissals. In the first eleven months of 2022, the balance is positive in 2,466,377 jobs generated, an increase of 0.32%.
Among the groups of economic activities, two had a positive balance and three had a negative one.

- Agriculture: 18,211 (-1.01%)
The geographic distribution of vacancies created was positive in the four regions, led by the Southeast. Only the Midwest showed a drop.

The average salary for admissions was R$ 1,919.81, a decrease of R$ 20.46 compared to the previous month.
Caged data
The registration data refer to vacancies with a formal contract, with the information provided by the companies themselves in their own system. The survey does not capture data from the informal labour market.
As the information on hires and terminations can be retroactively populated, the data may vary from month to month.
