One of the companies that made the list was founded by Eike Batista
The Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3) ended the last trading session of 2022 on Thursday 29. In the year’s balance sheet, the five companies that most appreciated were Dommo Energia, Cielo, Cury, Mills and PetroReconcavo.
Number one in the ranking, Dommo Energia achieved an appreciation of 270% of DMMO3 shares. Dedicated to oil extraction, it was founded by former billionaire Eike Batista. Currently, he is no longer in charge of the company, which is now controlled by the manager Prisma Capital – which owns 53% of the shares.

Next comes the card operator Cielo, according to the newspaper O Globo. Throughout 2022, its shares appreciated by almost 140%.
Cury, developer and builder of residential developments, appears in third place. At B3, the CURY3 asset grew by almost 95%.
Fourth place goes to Mills, a company specializing in the leasing of equipment such as heavy machinery, used in various activities. Among them, is construction. The rally reached around 85% with MILS3 shares.
Finally, the fifth highest appreciation occurred with PetroReconcavo, code RECV3 on B3. The leap in one year was just over 90%. The company practices onshore oil and gas extraction in Brazil.
